Delivery/Returns
PRESENTATION
- We deliver orders in Lithuania and also ship to all other countries.
- We ship orders in Lithuania via Venipak and DPD couriers, parcel machines and Omniva parcel machines. The shipping price ranges from 3.00 to 4.50 EUR.
- For orders over 50 EUR, delivery is free .
- You can also pick up your order at our office at Piliakalnio g. 7, Vilnius (you must receive a confirmation message that the order is ready.
- We ship orders abroad via Lithuanian Post , so shipping may take some time. For a faster delivery method, you can always contact us.
RETURN
The rules for returning goods are described in the e-store's purchase rules .
• If you have purchased a product of inadequate quality, you have the right to return such a product to us. In this case, the product of inadequate quality will be replaced free of charge with a quality product or you will be refunded the money paid. After informing us by e-mail or phone number specified in the e-shop, we ask you to return the goods within 9 days. The return method must be agreed with the e-shop administration.
• Quality goods can be returned without reason within 14 days of receiving the goods; all information about return conditions can be found in the "Purchase Rules".
• Information about the recently launched EGS system. Disputes regarding the return of goods can now also be resolved electronically. Buyers have the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Service. You can submit a request/complaint regarding a product purchased in our e-shop to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. 8 5 262 67 51, fax: (8 5) 279 1466, on the website www.vvtat.lt, for its territorial branches in the counties – /index.php?470187665) or fill out the application form on the EGS platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/
• We really hope that you will not need the EGS platform after purchasing our products, because we always want to resolve any issues that arise through communication. ;)
