Refund policy

The return policy is described in the Terms and Conditions of the online store.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return process, you can contact us at cosmetics@driubeauty.lt. Please note that returned items must be sent to the following address:

If you purchased a defective or poor-quality product, you have the right to return it to us. In such cases, the defective product will either be replaced free of charge with a quality product or a full refund will be issued. After notifying us via the email address or phone number provided in the online store, please return the products within 9 days. The return method must be agreed upon with the online store administration.

Unused and non-defective products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing a reason. Full information about return conditions can be found in the “Terms and Conditions”.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Information regarding the recently launched ODR system: disputes related to product returns can now also be resolved online. Customers have the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.

We sincerely hope that you will not need to use the ODR platform after purchasing our products, as we always strive to resolve any issues through direct communication.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
