Rules for buying and selling goods in the Driubeauty.lt online store

1. General provisions
1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), with which the Buyer agrees (consent is understood as the act of placing a checkmark, performed after reading these rules for the purchase and sale of the Driubeauty.lt online store), are a legal document binding on both parties, which defines the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the liability of the parties, the procedure for delivering and returning goods and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the Driubeauty.lt online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend and supplement these Rules. Changes made by the Seller are related to the requirements of applicable legal acts and do not contradict the principles of common sense.
1.3. The following persons have the right to purchase in the Seller's online store:
1.3.1. capable natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority.
1.3.2. legal entities.
1.3.3. minors from 14 to 18 years of age, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their income.
2. Buyer's rights
2.1. Buyers have the right to purchase goods in the Seller's online store without violating the terms of these Rules.
3. Buyer's responsibilities
3.1 The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the price for the goods specified in the order form - invoice within the specified period.
3.2 The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods. If the Buyer does not accept the goods, he must cover the Seller's losses related to the delivery of the goods.
3.3 If the Buyer's data provided in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update them. If the Seller delivers the goods to the wrong address due to incorrect or untimely changed Buyer's information, the Buyer must compensate the Seller for any losses.
3.4. By using the Seller's services, the Buyer agrees to the Rules and must comply with them.
3.5. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer his login details to third parties. If third parties become aware of the Buyer's login details, he must immediately change his login details and inform the Seller about the loss of his login details by e-mail.
3.6. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded online within 14 days without giving a reason (according to Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code), i.e. to return the quality product - without defects, unused. The money paid to the Buyer for the returned goods will be transferred by bank transfer to the specified account no later than within 14 days. The Buyer undertakes to return the goods via courier service (we do not accept returns via Lithuanian Post) and to cover all return costs himself.

4. Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement
4.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded from the moment the Buyer clicks on the "CONFIRM ORDER" link after selecting the payment method.

5. Seller's rights
5.1. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the operation and security of the online store, or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to suspend the Buyer's ability to use the online store.
5.2. The Seller may temporarily or completely discontinue the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
5.3. If the buyer chooses the payment method by bank transfer, the goods must be paid for within 48 hours from the date of placing the order. If the buyer fails to pay for the goods within the specified time, the Seller has the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer.
5.4 The Seller has the right, without separate notice, to change the terms of promotions or cancel them, distribute gift vouchers for promotional purposes, and also to suspend their validity without any notice.
6. Seller's obligations
6.1. The Seller undertakes, under the conditions set out in the online store, to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the Seller's services.
6.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's data to third parties. To respect the Buyer's privacy.
6.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him.
6.4. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer for important reasons, he must notify the Buyer of this within two working days from the date of acceptance of the order. The Seller must refund the Buyer's money within 72 hours of payment for the goods, if the Buyer has already paid for the goods.
7. Prices of goods, payment for goods
7.1. The prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros including VAT.
7.2. The prices of goods in the online store are indicated next to the goods and in the finally formed order window.
7.3. The Buyer may pay for the goods using one of the methods and conditions provided by the Driubeauty.lt online store. All problems are resolved directly with the payment service providers, informing the Seller about the problem.
7.4. Cash or bank card upon delivery of goods, if such an option is provided by the Driubeauty.lt online store.
7.5. By bank transfer, paying the specified amount for the goods by direct transfer to the specified Seller's account, if such an option is provided by the Driubeauty.lt online store.
8. Delivery of goods
8.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must indicate the exact delivery address of the goods.
8.2. The Buyer must accept the goods themselves. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods themselves, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer cannot make claims regarding the goods delivered to the wrong person.
8.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer within the deadlines - the goods are delivered within 2-5 business days after receiving the Buyer's payment. The shipment begins to be prepared only after receiving the Buyer's payment.
8.4. If the goods are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer, the Seller shall not be liable for the delivery of the goods.
8.5. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must, together with a person authorized by the Seller, check the completeness and condition of the goods. When the Buyer signs the waybill, invoice or consignment transfer document, it is understood that the goods have been transferred to the Buyer. It is understood that the goods are in good condition and properly completed. If the Buyer notices that the packaging of the goods is damaged, the Buyer must, together with a person authorized by the Seller, draw up a free-form act on the damage to the goods. At the same time, this fact must be noted in the delivery document. If the Buyer fails to take the above actions, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods.
9. Return and exchange of goods
9.1. Goods purchased in this store are exchanged and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. If the product can be returned, it must be delivered to the Seller using the services of a courier service, unless otherwise agreed.
9.3 The Buyer may return the purchased quality product within 14 (fourteen) days. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.4 The returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in its original condition.
9.5 The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for returning goods set out in this article.
9.6 The buyer has the right to return a defective product.
9.7 The Buyer must report any defective goods within 3 days of receiving the goods by e-mail to cosmetics@driubeauty.lt.
9.8 In the event that the goods are returned in accordance with clause 9.2., the Buyer must pay the costs of returning the goods.
9.9 In the event that the goods are returned in accordance with clause 9.6., the Seller undertakes to compensate the Buyer for the costs of returning the goods using the services of a courier specified by the Seller.
9.10 The Seller undertakes to transfer the money for the returned goods within 14 days from the date of return of the goods to the personal bank account specified by the Buyer.
10. Product quality guarantee
10.1. The Seller provides a warranty for the relevant product groups, which is indicated in the description of the product's characteristics.
10.2. The Seller does not provide a guarantee for the relevant product groups; in such a case, the guarantee provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply.
10.3. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
11. Responsibility
11.1. The Seller is not responsible for service disruptions that may occur due to technical obstacles and other events beyond its control.
11.2. The Buyer assumes responsibility for the security of his/her username and password, the correctness and accuracy of the data specified in the registration form.
11.3. The Buyer is solely responsible for the actions taken while using the online store.
11.4. The Seller shall not be liable in the event that losses arise due to the Buyer not being familiar with these Rules, although such an opportunity was provided.
11.5. In the event of damage, the at-fault party shall compensate the other party for direct losses.
12. Methods of information transmission
12.1. The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer via the email address provided in the registration form.
12.2. The Buyer sends messages to the Seller using the contacts provided in the "E-shop assistant" section of the online store.
13. Protection of intellectual property rights
13.1. All intellectual rights to the text and graphic materials in the online store belong to the Seller.
13.2. It is prohibited to use or distribute the materials available in the Store without the written consent of the Store administrator.
14. Marketing and information.
14.1. The Seller may initiate promotions in the e-store at its discretion.
14.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the promotion, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms shall be effective from the moment of their implementation.
14.3. The Seller sends all notifications via the means of communication specified in the Buyer's registration form.
14.4. The Buyer shall send all messages and questions to the telephone numbers and e-mail addresses specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's e-store.
14.5. The Seller is not liable if the Buyer does not receive sent information or confirmation messages due to disruptions in the networks of Internet connection and e-mail service providers.
15.5. The Seller may offer Buyers various discounts and offers. Also discount codes. Discounts and discount codes are not cumulative, as a standard, only one discount or promotion offered by arab can be used at a time, unless the Seller decides to conduct an exclusive promotion when discounts are cumulative.
15. Final provisions
15.1. The Rules for the purchase and sale of these goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the Civil Code.
15.1. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
